Pastel portrait signed "Freda Hansen" in antique oak frame accentuated with gesso which has been gilded. Frame is 22 1/4 x 26 1/4".
HISTORY OF OBJECT: Helen Freeman was Assistant Librarian of Alameda High school and also City Councilwoman 1957-1961. She died August, 1984.
