This location was originally (1900-1910) the location of 'The Cave', and was more recently occupied by the Step-In Club (?-?), Jazz Club Kelly's, (?-2007), and Hobnob (2007-present (2024))
- Neptune's Galleon, Pacific Marina;
- The Winery, 928 Shorepoint Court (1973-1977).
This location subsequently housed Alameda Beach House (1977-1983), Carrington's Bar & Grill’ (1983-1988) Rainbow Restaurant and Bar (1988-?). The address appears not to be in use today (2024).
- Rusty Pelican, 2455 Mariner Square Drive.
The Rusty Pelican was replaced (ca. 1998) by the Pasta Pelican, still in business (2024).
