Annual report of Clifton E. Hickok, City Manager Report 1923-24. Included in the report are several interesting photographs, including City ambulance, motorcycle officers, Bay Island Avenue (now Otis Drive), Washington Park, Lincoln and Franklin Parks, new Health Care Center Building.
