Manufactured by the Sound Scriber Corp, New Haven, Conn., to be used on the Sound Scriber machine. Box cover contains line drawing of machine and its use. White printed message on green background. Size: 7x7 inches, ½ inches thick, History of Object: Early recording device discs used on the Sound Scriber recording machine, found while moving the contents of the Chamber of Commerce from their building in the 21,00 block of Santa Clara Avenue to the basement of the Alameda City Hall.
