History:
Photo-lithographic print taken from an early publication depicting the Taylor Eucalyptus tree, the seed of which was brought from Australia by Bishop William Taylor of the Methodist Church. The tree stood at the corner of Park Avenue and Central for many years. Given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued.
