A combination summer front and fireplace frame of cast iron with neo-classical details. Removable summer front of embossed tin with central motif of pedestal based incense urn.
Size: L - 33 1/2 x W - 24 1/2 inches.
History of Object:
Summer front and fireplace opening removed from the mantel of 2261 Lincoln Ave., erected 1905. Builder David S. Brehaut. Residence still standing. The late donor had an electrical contractor’s business in the City for many years.
