This folder holds sales brochures for sewer cleaning/street sprinkling trucks (undated), and asphalt (‘The Roadrunner’ One and Two, c. 1922); a 1914 lease form between the City and the Southern Pacific Company, regarding land between Blanding and Pearl for an oil unloading plant; and 1920 comparison from City Engineer C. E. Hickok to City Manager C. E. Hewes, showing increase in expenses, including wages.
