Interior of base signed, "Tropical, By International Silver Co." and numbered 8143. Body of pitcher below spout engraved, "John F. Hanson, Jr., President, Kiwanis Club of Alameda, 1954."

Silver plated cocktail pitcher presented to John F. Hanson, Jr., then president of the Kiwanis Club of Alameda, 1954. Mr. Hanson is a descendant of an early-Alameda family who came here in 1875.
