Description: Framed certificate of membership to fraternal order; certificate states: Pi Sigma Epsilon; This is to Certify that Otto Rittler has been duly elected and initiated and is hereby declared to be a brother of the Pi Sigma Epsilon Recreation Fraternity Gamma Chapter In testimony whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and caused the seal of the fraternity to be affixed this 12th day of Sept. 1949. A gold seal is affixed in the lower left corner of the document. The certificate is framed in a wooden frame, which is gilded and has a pressed design.
