Description:
Pint milk bottle, raised lettering in circular like label stating "Western Dairy Co, Alameda, Cal", and trademark of a large letter w stamped over a D, & c, o. Western Dairy Co., is also stamped in raised letters on the bottom of the bottle. One pint is printed above the label. The bottle has a protruding lip with recessed ledge for supporting paper top.
Size: 7½" tall, and base 3" across.
History of Object: Bottle found in old dump near Bay Farm Island Bridge.
The glass has a cloudy film from being exposed to salt water. Excavated by donors.
