Size folder: L 14 3/4” X W 9” History of Object: Tentative City budget for the fiscal year 1930-1931, and preliminary documents, including budgets from every city office, submitted to City Manager C.E. Hickok. Also includes a section of the Times-Star with this tentative budget, as well as a flyer about County Tax Rates. Additional articles of interest in this are a prize won by Misses Spencer & Stolte (picture of daughter of Charles Quitzow), and a meeting of Post No. 9, American Legion, which honored Frank Zanazzi, new president of the Veterans Service Club, also mentioning E.K. Taylor (Veterans Service Club), Russel Franck (president Rotary Club), Gertrude Smith (president Alameda Business and Professional Women’s Club).
