Poetry book that belonged to Miss. Caroline E. McLean prior to her marriage to Wm. W. Chipman (co-founder City of Alameda). It was subsequently given to her daughter, Fannie, January 1, 1892. On February 10, 1948 Fannie Chipman presented it to her niece, Carol Heche.
