Two-page flyer. Cover has bold-printed caption, “Alameda” in red and black-colored type on an off-white colored background. Flyer in poor condition and now in 2 sections.

History:
Real estate flyer issued by Easton, Eldridge and Co., real estate auctioneers, for the auction of 9 cottages and 7 building lots on Schiller and Lafayette Streets bordered by Eagle and Clement Avenue. Flyer also includes illustrations of some of the houses to be sold on October 10, 1903.
Entire collection given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued. At present, housed in looseleaf binder with hard cover of imitation blackcolored leather in individual plastic sleeves.
