History: Souvenir booklet for the formal opening and dedication of the Posey Tube on October 27, 1928. Booklet is illustrated with portraits of various individuals connected with the Tube as well as aerial views of the two (2) bridges that span the Estuary prior to its construction. Also included is a portrait of Henry H. Meyers, architect, who designed the Portal Building.
