History of Object: Folders, found in the attic of City Hall, which pertain to petitions for new railroad spurs:
A: (#248): Standard Oil Company, permission to construct a Southern Railroad Co., railroad spur across Pearl street.
B. (#268): request of establishing a Southern Pacific Company spur to serve the U.S. Refining Company along Blanding Ave between Park St. and Oak St.
C. (#305): request for Southern Pacific Co. to construct a spur to provide service to the proposed Owens Illinois Glass Company at Lincoln Junction.
D (#309): 1931 Establishment of an Alameda Belt Line spur across Industrial Highway (now line of Ralph Appezato Memorial Pkwy) near Brush and Maple and Bryant.
