Cover has a paper label with typed caption "Abstract of Title". Size: L 14 3/4" W 9 1/2" History: Photocopy of abstract of title for property at the southwest corner of Alameda Avenue and Park Street, erected in 1890, and originally the Masonic Temple. Abstract traces ownership back to Peraltas. Property was sub-purchased by W.W. Chipman and Gideon Aughinbaugh. Donor: Pete McNab Date: August 18, 2001
