Description: booklet formed by a tan sheet of card-stock paper, folded once, with on the front an image of a woman in Victorian-era bathing suit with cap, and printed text: 'ALAMEDA / BEACH HOUSE' AND 928 SHOREPOINT CT.' Inside has a background image of a dwelling, and a list of food items and prices; verso also has prices.

History of Object: Menu of the Alameda Beach House, a restaurant operating between 1977 and 1983 near the South Shore Beach and Tennis Club and Crown Beach Park. Replaced a restaurant or wine bar called 'The Winery' - in operation 1973-1977, and was followed in 1983 by a restaurant called ‘Carrington's Bar & Grill’, and circa 1988 it was the ‘Rainbow Restaurant and Bar’. The address appears not to be in use today (2024).
