Envelope (postmarked Alameda) addressed to Miss. Grace Relfe, containing a handwritten letter (ink) accompanied by two receipts (printed receipt forms).
History of Object: Letter & receipts concerning the Bellevue Tennis Club, Alameda. The letter gives instruction in using the gate key to the Bellevue tennis court (located on San Jose Avenue, between Grand & Union Streets), and the receipts are for payment of dues for the months of May, June, & July, 1896.
