History of Object: Souvenir glass of the Pop-Inn, a Bar - ultimately karaoke, where customers sang covers to taped musical accompaniment - that was located at 1515 Park Street, and closed in 2009. The building was constructed in 1900, (a bar was here from 1897). Because of the protection for neon signs, the sign on the building, installed in 1935, still states 'Pop Inn'. The site was subsequently the home of the Churchward Pub, which went bankrupt as a result of the shutdowns related to Covid-19 pandemic, in 2020.
