History of Object: Papers sent by a Bob Erickson to Alameda resident Les Follrath, comprising of photocopies of information gathered about the military service of Charlie A. Follrath (brother of Les), apparently answering a request for information. Charles Follrath served 22 June 1899 - 6 Aug 1906 (Enlisted) and 7 Aug 1906 - 6 Sep 1910 (Officer). The - undated - partial clipping suggests Follrath served in Company G., and was in charge of the store. One undated copy of a clipping describes an exercise between company G platoons led by Charles Follrath, and Lieutenant Magagnos; another copied clipping (also undated) reports on the resignation of First Lieutenant Charles Follrath as officer of Company G - Second Lieutenant Charles P. Magagnos was expected to fill the spot.
