Identified on page backing as Lot 20, 5 rooms, and on the plot plan on page 3, as being on Lincoln Ave. Stamped C.G. Mehrtens. Size: (blueprints): L 19 1/2” x W 14” History of Object: Blueprints of a residence in the West End, on Lincoln Avenue. There is currently no house that looks like this. Draftsman James E. Rainey, Oakland. Blueprints were found, uncataloged, in the museum storage area. Donor unknown, but given the stamp, likely part of the donation, circa 1996, of effects found in the attic of 1536 Webster, where C.G. Mehrtens had ran his real estate and insurance business.
