A. Folder, with the 1932 deed of the Benton Field property, 1935 resolution to correct the deed (Council: Broyles, Eschen, Morris, Munro, president Roebke; City Clerk, S. G. Blood), and correspondence which shows attempts by City Manager Fritz to get funding for the project, including from the Works Progress Administration, U.S. Senate and House representatives, and the Navy; B. Folder, with 1932 correspondence of City Manager Ralph M. Bryant, including laying of drainage pipes, and copies of 1932-1934 efforts by Mayor William F. Murray, to ensure government funds.
