History: Publication entitled "The Alameda Firemen's Yearbook for 1947" and published by the Alameda Firemen's Fund of Alameda. This issue includes portraits of City Officials, Fire Department Officers and personnel. On Page 23, some historical information of Alameda and on page 25 is a listing of all the members of the Fire Companies for 1896. Also included are photographs of various fire houses, fire trucks, etc. In the back of the publication are ads of local businesses. Object donated to the Alameda Historical Museum, numbered 67, prior to 1971 and never catalogued. formerly owned by the Alameda Library.
