Description: Set of 3 blueprints, attached with staples to a backing of brown paper, of a Spanish-style house with almost square picture window with flagstone detailing underneath, tiled roof, balconies, porch with arches and metalwork, and garage. Builder identified as P.R. Haulman, 1243 Broadway. Dated 8/28/32, stamped on side on brown wrapping paper with stamp from C.G. Mehrtens.
Size: (blueprints): L 21” x W 14 1/2”
History of Object: blueprint for an unidentified house. However, similar to 24.4.12, except for the shape of the picture window. Part of a donation of objects found in the attic of 1536 Webster, former location of offices of C.G. Mehrtens.
