Documents pertain to: proposed charter changes re budget estimates by the City Manager (1929); purchase of property from Athan J. Andronico, SE corner of Lincoln and Chestnut (1928); depositing of material, dredged by the American Dredging Company, south of the Mole and east of the Alameda Airport (1930) with 1929 Blueprint made by the U.S. Corps of Engineers; use of property by the Rod and Gun Club for skeet traps - assumed to be City land but in fact property of U.C. (1929); removal of an old barn on BFI, owned by Frank L. Taylor, by his neighbor J. I. Allen (1929); an account of changing fortunes at the Alameda Community Hotel Corporation (1929) under returned manager Mr. Zoller (1929), on stationery listing board members; verification of finances deposited with the American Trust Company.
