On the base of the bottle is the manufacturer's stamp "delaval" The bottle has a protruding lip with recessed ledge for supporting paper top. Size: 9½" tall, 3½" across base. History of Object: Bottle found in old dump near Bay Farm Island Bridge. The glass has a cloudy film from being exposed to salt water. Excavated by donors.
