History of Object: objects extracted in 2012 from folder marked '93', which pertains to the Recreation and Parks Department and specifically to the Golf Course. The folder was found in the attic of City Hall in the 1990s. The extracted documents are:
A. Blueprints by Carl Werner for the Golf Club House, still standing today. Werner also designed firehouses in Alameda.
B. U.S. Fidelity & Guaranty Co. Labor and Material Bond and Contract Bond for building the Golf Club House.
C. Copy of Contract between Dinnie Construction and the City to build the Golf Club House.
D. Specifications by Carl Werner for the Golf Club House.
E. Affidavit of publication for bids for the Club House, loosely tucked into 12.34.16 D.
