Map crudely drawn in pencil on white-colored background. Paper has heavy rag content and appears to have a varnish finish.
Size: L8” x W7”.
History:
Subdivision map of the Foley Tract bordered by Tilden Way, Everett and Foley Streets and Buena Vista Avenue. The map also has the inscribed names of individual lot owners.
Entire collection given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued. At present, housed in looseleaf binder with hard cover of imitation blackcolored leather in individual plastic sleeves.
