Documents found in the attic of City Hall. These documents include correspondence between officials, companies, and citizens regarding construction of Posey Tube. Includes signature of George Posey and C. M. Holland who Holland Tunnel in NY, is named after. July 18, 1922 letter, includes a list of interested companies, with letters from each; April 25, 1923, is a letter on stationery of the ‘Tube the Estuary Campaign Committee of Alameda County’, which lists various Alameda notables, such as R. C. Strehlow, Mgr. Neptune Beach, Mrs. B. C. Eddy, BPWC, W. J. Locke, City Attorney, Clifton E. Hickok, City Manager, Mrs. J. A. Powell, Federation of P.T.A. Mr. Lochiel King, Secretary.
