History of Object: Folder with documents found in the attic of City Hall in the 1990s, pertaining to leases of tidelands;
85-1: 1924 extension of lease of Robertson for a portion of the Corporation Yard;
85-2 to 85-5, 1928, lease of tidelands by the Harbor Tug & Barge Company, and commission fee claimed by C. L. Traver of Hally and Co., 2315 Santa Clara Ave - Traver had not been officially taken as agent by either party but performed as such;
#85-6: 1928 delinquency of Navigation & Coal Company lease, City Attorney Locke informs council he talked to Mayor Rolph and expects the matter to be resolved.
