History of Object: A booklet issued by the Alameda Fifty Thousand Club, possibly a precursor of the Chamber of Commerce. It was printed by the Alameda Daily Argus and its text extolled the virtues of Alameda as a residential community and it includes photographic illustrations of structures and street scenes.
