History:
Diagram of Bank Street showing frontages to be assessed for sidewalks, by I.N. Chapman, Town Surveyor, also including note that the diagram has been approved by the Board of Trustees, Town of Alameda, signed by John Ellsworth, City Clerk and dated April 27, 1880. Bank Street is now known as Times Way.
