DESCRIPTION:
a. Royal blue velvet jacket with silk ribbon trim. Has original label.
b. Dress is checked blue and white velvet trimmed with the same trim as the velvet jacket. Dress has off-white silk sleeves and yoke embroidered in a feather stitch. Has same label as velvet jacket. Dress is lined in silk.
c. White kid belt. Buckle is trimmed with white kid. Has brass tongue and eyelet.
HISTORY OF OBJECTS:
Purchased on a European trip by Mr. and Mrs. Samuel M. Haslett, for their daughter, Doris, in Paris France. Dress worn in Alameda upon their return.
