Description: This is a soft-covered booklet of 48 pages. The cover is cream colored with printing in red and gold which dates the "Official Programme Alameda Water Carnival September 15, 16, 17, 1902". The interior of the book has photographic views of Alameda such as the city hall, the Park Street Bridge, et cetera. It also contains many ads of local merchants of this time era.
