ALAMEDA INDUSTRIES SKIPPY PEANUT BUTTER WOMEN'S BOWLING TEAM BLOUSE This blouse was worn by Ellar Marie Summers (1923 - 2008), an employee at the Skippy Peanut Butter factory located at 1916 Webster Street, Alameda (now the site of Walgreens). Ellar was a member of their championship bowling teams of 1960 and 1961. Skippy Peanut Butter was a product of the Rosefield Packing Company. This popular name was licensed as the corporate name in 1932.
