Description: four-page booklet printed on greenish-tan paper booklet with threads, with a light tan single-side printed half-page stapled inside. Front page has an image from a photo of a white building on it. Reverse has advertisements from local businesses.
Front page has been torn at the staple to open it. Margins have penciled accession numbers in addition to this one: 16.64; 17.1; 18.17.1.

History: Program for service at the Santa Clara Avenue Methodist Church, also known as the West End Methodist Church, Pastor Richard Hanna Walsh, for March 16, 1941.
Program was among the miscellaneous papers from the Nancy Martin estate, but has merit on its own because of the image of the Church, destroyed by fire in the 1970s.
