Description: Pin, in yellow gold with green enamel, forming a monogrammed intertwined A and C, decorated with a branch of leaves to the left. Stamped on reverse 'Tienson Berkeley' and what appears to be '1415'.

History of Object: Pin of the Adelphian Club, likely of Wenonah Martin. The Adelphian Club was founded in 1896, incorporated in 1897; a building was built in 1908 (corner of Central and Walnut), it functioned as the location of the emergency Red Cross hospital during the flu epidemic (1918-1919), a hospitality house for enlisted men during WWII, and with dwindling membership, was sold in 2002. Membership was closed by 2013, and by 2018 the club was disbanded. The pin was likely owned by Wenonah Martin.
