Description: Light tan folder, with sepia ink lettering “Proceedings in re Dilapidated Buildings Initiated Oct. 6. 1920". Folder has been reinforced on the sides with a tape, which has ‘3009’ in blue pencil on the front, and on the side, in black ink or markers: ‘Dilapidated Buildings Proceedings Against’. Folder contains correspondence, petitions, affidavits, photos, and notices to abate nuisance. Inside cover flap has clipping of a printed ordinance.

History of Object: Abatement notices served by Building Inspector, E.C. Maillot. Includes photos of the following buildings, in all likelihood demolished:

- front of 842 Lincoln Ave
- Front & back photo of 1512 Oak St.
