Printed headings such as "name, dept or address, disc no." etc., used to specify columns. Size: 6x6¼ inches. History of Object: Index sheet used in conjunction with disc type recording machine, found while moving the contents of the Chamber of Commerce from their building in the 2400 block of Santa Clara Avenue to the basement of the Alameda City Hall. It is said to have been used by the Chamber of Commerce, which was founded in 1927. Acquired from: Alameda Chamber of Commerce City Hall, Alameda, Calif. Date: April 24, 1982
