Cover has typewritten label obscured by glue. Size: L 12 W 9 1/4 inches History: Information concerning land sold by W. Chipman and G. Auginbaugh, co-founders of the City of Alameda from October 16, 1851 to August 5, 1853. Also included is a copy of the information on the real estate circular dated 1873 for property bounded by Central, Santa Clara and Everett. The final document is a copy of the original agreement between Antonio Peralta, W.W. Chipman and G.
