Description: White full length voile dress with unusual bib like bodice and has 16 fabric covered buttons. Full length sleeves with self gathered trim, repeated at neckline. Back of dress consists of a rectangular panel also, with self gathered trim. Throughout the skirt and scalloped hem are clusters of periodic pink embroidered flowers.
History of Object:
Dress thought to be the wedding gown of Adeline Toye on her marriage to Wm. Cox in 1917.
