No. 96.73.8 Subject Category: Citizens of Alameda - Otto Rittler Collection Date or Period: 1976 Object: Two newspaper clippings Description: Two newspaper clippings laminated onto a sheet of blue paper; one newspaper clipping shows a photograph of entrance to old Encinal Yacht Club at foot of Grand Street, and states that Rittler Park and Wood School now stand on fill where the old Club was located. Other clipping shows an old postcard view of the Encinal Yacht Club from another viewpoint. On back is stamped in purple ink “Compliments of Ralph G. Greer, Murphy-Greer Mortuary, Alameda, Calif.”, and the handwritten date 3-29-76.
