History of Object: Carriage parasol owned by Floy Nason (Mrs. Fred). Mr. Nason was in advertising. They lived at 2667 Central Avenue and were the parents of Thomas & Gene Nason. Thomas (late husband of the donor) was born in Alameda in 1917. Both attended Alameda Schools. The Nasons came to Alameda between 1900 & 1917.
