History of Object: History of the Royal Swim Club later known as the Royal Athletic Club prepared by the donor and sent to the then President, Joseph Durein, of the Alameda Historical Society. The author recounts events of this early club. It also makes reference to Alameda of the early 1900's. Object was given to the Alameda Historical Society, numbered 211A, in 1957 and never catalogued.
