Documents found in the attic of City Hall. This folder holds correspondence involving City Manager Hickok, specifically:
- permits for special occasions or events, e.g. wheel of fortune at events or fundraisers at Neptune Beach, or the bazaar of the Knights of Pythias; a wrestling match; and soliciting for charity purposes; Saturday night Band Concerts on Park street corners (Park Street Merchants on stationery of Eberly’s Quality Pharmacy, Park / Santa Clara).
- temporary closing of Alameda and Central for High School physical and drill exercises; a Yellow Cab taxi stand in front of Peel’s Cigar Store, 1421 Park Street;
- permit to use explosives at the General Engineering and Dry Dock Company, foot of Schiller Street;
- Permits to bird shooting for scientific purposes to Donald A. Cohen (1922-1926) and H. V. La Jeunesse (1921-1925).
