History of Object: Postcard, (C-395) depicting three photos by Ken Glaser Jr. of the decommissioned Naval Air Station; Top: U.S.S. Hornet, Middle, Control Tower building; bottom: U.S. Naval Jet on display. The jet in the picture is the A-4 Skyhawk Jet, located beyond the main gate, showing an older paint job (A-4B Unkn displayed as 155247) than it has currently (2021). It was renovated in 2011 (subsequently dropped by the crane, and fixed again within a few months.).
