Tab states number 2201-2250. L 14 1/2” X W 9” History of Object: Miscellaneous documents from / to the council and/or mayor of Alameda, started in 1913 with earlier and later additions, found in the attic of City Hall during remodeling in the 1990s. Documents in this folder include: reports and budgets from various city departments for 1913-1914 timeframe; personnel matters for same period, including Item 2237 - appointment of Miss Inez Smith as Bacteriologist and Chemist, by A. Hieronymous, City Health Officer, and Item 2206 with a 1916 list of City officials and their solvency; petitions or suggestions for street improvements, and water wells, storage tanks, etc., ditto, including completed work by the Hutchinson Company, . Also matters affecting property lines, such as Item 2232 which includes a letter from Hally & Co, real estate & insurance, 2315 Santa Clara Ave. In Item 2234 from K.
