Tab states number 2151-2200. L 14 1/2” X W 9” History of Object: Miscellaneous documents from / to the council and/or mayor of Alameda, started in 1913 with later additions (and one from 1912), found in the attic of City Hall during remodeling in the 1990s. Documents in this folder include: Reports from various departments for 1913; personnel issues; much ado about street improvements, including a survey of traffic (Item 2180). Item 2152- Petitions for and against rock-shooting near the beaches, includes letters on stationery from the Encinal Yacht club and Bay Shore Club; issues with liquor licensing, and youths being attracted to hang around parks; Item 2181- ordinance proposal to block protests & picketing; Item 2182 - Letterhead of 5th Infantry - petition for a boxing exhibition; Item 2183 - Audit of Electric Light Plant for 1911-1912 Acquired from: City of Alameda Date: August 20, 2011
