Description: Black colored porcelain door knobs with metal escutcheon plates. Each plate has two holes for screws plus a keyhole opening. The plates have an embossed Eastlake design. Size: L-5 1/4 X W-5 1/2 inches. History of Object: Door escutcheons and knobs removed from 2413 Buena Vista Avenue, Alameda, a structure erected in 1890 by J. L. Etward. This Queen Anne-style cottage was built for Mrs. Ida W. Hegelkund. It was demolished in the early 2000's. Acquired from: Ross Dileo 1900 Alameda Ave., Alameda Date: 08/25/18
