Fannie M. P. Deas." Attached to blueprint (by brass clips) is a three page type written (purple ink) contract with heading "Articles of Agreement." Notations & signatures in sepia colored ink. Size: L-19 x W-22 inches. History of Object: Blueprint, Articles of Agreement & specifications, dated January 26, 1901, for the construction of a school house in the backyard of 1729 San Antonio Avenue, for Fannie M. P. Deas. The structure was erected by J. A. Remmel for $550.00, from plans drawn by B. E. Remmel (brother of J. A.). The building housed the Deas Private School, conducted by Miss Charlotte Deas.
